One pre-filled master policy is created for your tradeshow, through which, any of your exhibitors can purchase compliant insurance, instantly online, starting at only $91. Exhibitors located anywhere in the world can purchase through this program.
How It Works:
- We provide you with a “LINK” that you can post in your exhibitor manual. Any exhibitor needing insurance just clicks on the link and purchases their compliant insurance instantly online.
- The link directs exhibitors to an online application that we create explicitly for your event. It’s pre-filled with all the show’s requirements (additional insureds, dates, limits, etc.). Exhibitors enter some company specific information and pay with a credit card. The whole process takes a minute or two.
- They are automatically emailed their insurance and you are copied on this email.
- As part of this program we provide friendly email reminders to your exhibitors. The email is first approved and scheduled with you. Our clients appreciate this service as it helps achieve 100% compliance.
- We update you on a regular basis showing who has purchased insurance.
This Program Fills the Needs For:
- Exhibitors who do not have any insurance
- Foreign exhibitors whose liability insurance will not over them at a U.S. show
- Companies who do not have the time to deal with all of the certificate arrangements
