The program, backed by Lloyds of London and powered by Rainprotection Insurance, is an optional coverage plan for event attendees. Much like travel insurance, it allows registrants to opt into complete coverage of their registration fees, ensuring a 100% refund for a range of covered reasons that might prevent them from attending your event.

There is no cost to event organizers, and no cost to attendees who choose not to opt-in.

The process is simple: We add an opt-in button to your registration page. During checkout, attendees can click the button to opt into the program. Coverage starts from the moment they register and extends to the first day of your event. If attendees need to cancel for a covered reason, they can easily request a refund through a streamlined online portal, pre-filled with the details of your show.
